Amit Somani has over 30 years of experience in general management, strategy, and operations within the ICT industry, including the last 15 years in the satellite and space sector.
Amit has worked extensively across North America, South America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Before joining Sama X, Amit served as Chief Strategy Officer at Space42 (formerly Yahsat) and as CEO of ABS – Agility Beyond Space. Prior to his roles in the satellite industry, he spent 15 years with leading consulting firms, advising ICT companies on strategy, operations, and technology.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering with French from the University of Nottingham, UK, and an MBA from London Business School.
Ramsey is the new CCO of Sama X and is responsible for overseeing business development, sales, marketing, sales operations, and product development activities to drive the company’s growth.
With over 25 years of international experience spanning sales, business development, strategy, and technology, Ramsey holds a long track record in the industry, having held multiple senior leadership positions. He also holds a strong foundation in management consulting and network engineering for fixed and wireless technologies, including satellite communications and space development.
Prior to joining Sama X, Ramsey was CCO of ABS, a satellite operator, leading the revenue generation globally for video and data segments.
He previously held senior roles with SES, Booz & Co, STC, Orange Business services, and Nortel Networks in the GCC and North America.
Ramsey holds an Electrical Engineering degree in telecommunications from Polytechnique de Montréal university in Canada. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Rehman Adil brings over 20 years of product and technology leadership experience in telecommunications, digital health and enterprise IT. Over the past six years, he has launched four greenfield digital businesses, scaling platforms to millions of users through disciplined execution, and developed deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, digital MVNOs, operator billing, IPTV and unified communications.
At Sama X, he oversees the technology and operations of business support systems for sales, fulfillment and service delivery, driving cross-market execution. Rehman holds an MEng from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

Sarah is an accomplished Lawyer with over 10 years of experience across various legal settings. She is a Legal Director with Alghanim Industries and currently a serves as the lead legal counsel for Sama X, where she plays a critical role in overseeing legal and regulatory workstreams. Her expertise spans a broad range of legal disciplines, contributing to the strategic and operational success of her clients.
Sarah is a qualified lawyer with Beirut Bar Association, She holds a master’s degree in business law of Arab Countries from the University Panthéon-Assas, Paris. Her extensive background enables her to navigate complex legal challenges with precision and insight, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Kaushal is a seasoned finance leader with nearly 15 years of experience in financial strategy, planning, and transformation across retail, supply chain, and other sectors.
He has extensive expertise in driving strategic planning and execution, optimizing capital allocation, and building governance frameworks that enable sustainable growth.
At Sama X, Kaushal leads financial strategy and oversight across multiple regions, ensuring that operations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business goals. His approach focuses on balancing risk and opportunity while driving efficiency and value creation.
A Chartered Accountant from India, Kaushal also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree. His extensive experience and disciplined financial leadership help guide organizations through complex challenges and position them for continued success.

Paul brings over 20 Years of experience in operational leadership, business improvement and resilience, including the last 14 years in the satellite and space sectors. Paul is an experienced leader in operations, with a strong track record of designing, implementing, and managing high-performing operational departments.
Before joining Sama X, Paul was Director of Supply Chain at Space42 (formerly Yahsat), and previously held roles with Airbus Defense & Space and multiple UK Government Transformation Projects.
He believes that efficient and effective operations are fundamental to business success. Driven by this belief, Paul is committed to building resilience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. He holds a Master’s degree in Business & IT, and is a certified Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI)

She has a proven track record of designing and executing co-marketing and demand generation programs with leading OEMs such as Intel, Cisco, Oracle, and Microsoft, consistently delivering measurable results that drive pipeline growth and partner success.
Throughout her career, Sana has held key roles at Hitachi Systems, Ericsson, and Schneider Electric (Intwo), where she specialized in building scalable partner engagement models, launching multi-channel digital campaigns, and leading integrated marketing initiatives across events, content, and online platforms. Her focus is on enabling win-win outcomes—helping partners expand market reach, accelerating sales cycles, and empowering OEMs to maximize ROI while strengthening customer engagement.
Soufiane Chama brings over 8 years of experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation and telecommunications programs across Europe and the Middle East. He has led initiatives spanning CRM and billing modernization, subscription lifecycle management, and complex e-commerce journeys. At Sama X, he is responsible for orchestrating platform delivery across CRM, billing, and the customer portal, ensuring reliable integrations, subscription flows, and seamless customer experiences.
Soufiane holds dual master’s degrees in E-Business Consulting and Industrial IT Management. He is known for his ability to align technical execution with business outcomes, manage multi-vendor environments, and drive measurable improvements in service reliability and customer journeys.

Weslin Gnanaraj Stephen brings over 16 years of experience in the satellite communications industry, specializing in Enterprise, Maritime, and Aviation solutions. Prior to joining Sama X, he successfully led multidisciplinary projects across global markets, delivering innovative end-to-end digital, satellite, and hybrid network solutions.
At Sama X, Weslin is responsible for solution design, technical consulting, and client-focused innovation, ensuring that businesses benefit from resilient, high-performance connectivity. He is recognized for his ability to bridge technology and business needs, driving impactful solutions that address today’s most complex connectivity challenges.
Weslin, holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and is passionate about technology, collaboration, and digital transformation.

Motassem Hammad joined Sama X in July 2025 as an Operations Supervisor, supporting the deployment and management of Starlink satellite systems in Jordan. He has over 10 years of experience in network engineering, service delivery, and ICT operations across telecom and enterprise sectors. Prior to Sama X, Motasem worked as a Network Consultant Engineer at Estarta Solutions, supporting Cisco technologies across EPNM, CPNR, Prime Infrastructure, and wireless solutions. He has also served in network operations roles with Nokia, Huawei Technologies, and Orange Jordan, where he gained experience in NOC operations, FTTH coordination, RF engineering, and customer service. Most recently, he worked at Acuative Jordan as a Service Desk Analyst, resolving complex WAN and SD-WAN incidents.
Motasem holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University, Jordan. He is CCNA and CCNP certified, with additional training in PMP project management.
Sally Antonios is an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager with over 7 years of expertise providing high-level support to C-Level executives and overseeing office operations. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, she excels at streamlining workflows, managing complex calendars, coordinating corporate events, and offering HR support. Sally is recognized for her ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments while maintaining strong professionalism.
